Before you sign up
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free tier needs an account and nothing else. It is a real tier with real limits, not a time-limited trial that expires.
How do I actually pay for a paid plan?
You cannot yet. No payment processor is connected, so paid tiers cannot be self-provisioned and the API refuses attempts to move onto one. If you need Pro or Enterprise capacity now, contact us and we will arrange it directly.
What counts as a session?
One live companion conversation, from connect to disconnect. Generating speech or an image through the API counts against the API call allowance instead.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Requests over the daily allowance are refused with a quota error rather than being silently billed. Usage is tracked per API key so you can see which integration consumed it.
Can I self-host the whole thing?
The models already run in containers you operate. Talk to us about Enterprise if you want the whole platform inside your own infrastructure.
Is there a refund policy?
Since no payments are being taken yet, there is nothing to refund. A policy will be published alongside the payment processor rather than promised in advance.
