Write to a person

No ticket system, and no chat widget pretending to be one. Mail goes to the team that builds the platform — pick the address that matches, or start with the form.

The form

Start the email here

Submitting opens your own mail app, addressed to support@arapulse.com with these details filled in. Write the message itself there — the reply lands in your inbox, not in a queue.

  • Say what happened. What you did, what you expected, what you got instead — that is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
  • Include your account email if it differs from the address you are writing from.
  • Keep your copy. The email is sent from your own client, so the thread stays in your own sent folder.

Nothing is stored on this page — the details above only ever travel inside the email you send.

The addresses

Six inboxes, each with a job

These are the addresses the site actually routes mail to. Write to the right one and you skip a hop; there is no phone number and no office address because neither exists.

  • Is something down?

The status page probes every service in the stack live — if a session will not start, look there before writing.

    /status →
  • Getting started?

The quickstart walks from an empty account to a first live session, key by key.

    /docs →
  • Building an integration?

The API reference covers keys, session tokens and every endpoint the platform serves.

    /api-docs →
  • Asking about limits?

Plan quotas and what each tier includes are stated in full on the pricing page — nothing is hidden behind a sales call.

    /price →
  • Locked out?

Sign-in is handled by our identity provider, so account access starts from the sign-in page, not from an email to us.

  • Reporting content?

The content policy states what is and is not allowed on the platform; copyright notices go to the DMCA inbox above.
