AraPulse is a small team building live, uncensored AI companions — speech, reasoning, voice and a face at thirty frames a second, every engine self-hosted. Eight roles are open. All of them are remote.
Only what the rest of this site claims
No perks page and no culture scores — a careers page should be held to the same honesty rules as the product pages. This is what is actually true here.
- Self-hosted, end to end. Speech, reasoning, synthesis, image and video all run in containers we operate. No third-party AI provider is in the path — the stack you would work on is the whole product.
- A small team, reachable directly. The people who answer careers@ are the people you would work with — the same direct line the site promises its customers.
- Remote. Every open role is remote; the listings say so individually below.
- Honesty is a working practice. Where a feature is partial, the site says partial — in the panel beside this list, the unlit row is the unfinished one.

What this page will not claim
There is no published benefits package, no retention statistic and no interview-process diagram, because inventing them to look established would break the one rule this site holds everywhere else: if a claim is not checkable, it does not go on the page. The compensation band is on each role; everything else about working here is a conversation with the team, not marketing copy.
What you can check before you write: the status page shows the services you would be running, the developer page lists what is finished and what is not, and the pricing page states the limits the product actually ships with.
