Acceptable use

We run uncensored models, so this document — not a content filter — is what defines the limits. It is short and specific on purpose.

Last revised 14 August 2026

Absolute prohibitions

These are not weighed against context, intent, jurisdiction or contract terms. Breach means immediate termination without notice and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

  • Any sexual content involving a minor, or any depiction of a person as a minor in sexual content. This includes fully synthetic material. That no real person was involved is not a defence and will not be treated as one.
  • Sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without their documented consent. Public figures included. “It is obviously synthetic” is not consent.
  • Content produced to harass, extort or intimidate a specific person.
  • Content depicting non-consensual acts presented as real, or produced to be passed off as a real recording of a real event.

You may generate a likeness or clone a voice in exactly two situations: it is yours, or you hold documented, revocable permission from the person it belongs to.

Revocable is the operative word. Consent that cannot be withdrawn is not consent for these purposes — if a performer withdraws permission, you must stop generating with their likeness or voice and remove the derived material you control.

There is no automated consent verification and no audio watermarking on this platform. Do not represent either to your own users as a safeguard, and keep your own consent records — we do not keep them for you.

Other prohibited uses

Deception

  • Impersonating a real person or organisation to deceive someone.
  • Voice cloning used for fraud, social engineering or defeating voice authentication.
  • Generating material designed to be mistaken for authentic news, evidence or an official communication.

Illegal activity

  • Anything unlawful where you are, or where your users are.
  • Content promoting terrorism, or instructing in serious violence.
  • Trading in material that is illegal to distribute in your jurisdiction.

Platform abuse

  • Circumventing rate limits, quotas or plan restrictions.
  • Sharing API keys outside your organisation, or reselling raw access as your own API.
  • Probing for vulnerabilities without written authorisation. If you find one, report it.
  • Automated account creation to obtain additional free-tier capacity.

Rights of others

  • Reproducing copyrighted work you have no right to use.
  • Generating trademarked material in a way that implies endorsement.
  • Uploading a reference clip you have no right to.

Expressly permitted

We run uncensored models deliberately. So that the prohibitions above are not read more broadly than intended, the following are expressly allowed:

  • Sexually explicit content involving consenting adults, fictional or synthetic characters.
  • Adult companion and conversation products, including intimate roleplay.
  • Cloning your own voice and generating unlimited content with it.
  • Commercial adult content production, and reselling content you generate.
  • Building and operating your own adult platform on the API.
  • Fictional depictions of adult scenarios that would be prohibited if real and non-consensual — the distinction is depiction versus deception.

If a use is not prohibited above, it is permitted. We are not going to add an unwritten judgement layer on top of this document — that is exactly the failure mode of the hosted providers this platform exists to replace. The content policy applies these rules category by category — allowed, restricted, prohibited.

Enforcement

Enforcement is report-and-review. There is no automated content moderation running on this platform, and we are not going to imply that there is.

  • Absolute prohibitions — immediate termination, no notice, no appeal, and referral where applicable.
  • Other breaches — typically suspension and a request for explanation, then reinstatement or termination.
  • Platform abuse — usually a rate restriction or key revocation before anything heavier.

If we terminate an account for anything other than an absolute prohibition, you can ask us to review it and a person will.

Reporting

To report a breach, contact us with enough detail to identify the account or content. Reports involving minors are treated as urgent and are actioned ahead of everything else.

Security vulnerabilities go to the same place. Report one in good faith and we will not pursue you for having found it.

This policy forms part of the terms of service, and works alongside the content policy, the privacy policy and the age verification statement.

Report a breach, or ask first

If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, ask before you build it. Reports involving minors come first, every time.
