Allowed content

We run uncensored models deliberately. The acceptable use policy lists what is expressly permitted; the categories below say the same thing with more detail.

Adult entertainment

• Consensual adult content — content featuring consenting adults (18+) only.
• Erotic audio — adult-oriented audio content, stories and roleplay.
• Adult education — sexual health, education and wellness content.
• Fantasy content — fictional adult scenarios and creative content.
• ASMR — adult-oriented ASMR and intimate audio experiences.

Commercial content

• Professional adult entertainment productions.
• Voice-over work for adult-oriented media.
• Marketing content for adult businesses and services.
• Educational content about adult topics.
• Product demonstrations for adult products.

Creative and artistic content

• Original artistic expression with adult themes.
• Creative storytelling and narrative content.
• Poetry and literature with adult content.
• Voice acting and character performances.

Personal use

• Content created for personal enjoyment.

Restricted content

Restricted does not mean forbidden. It means the category sits close to a hard edge, and the obligations below apply before you create or distribute it.

Age-sensitive themes

• Age play — age-based roleplay scenarios, adults only and clearly fictional.
• School and college themes — adult-aged characters in educational settings, with clear age disclaimers.
• Coming of age — content about reaching legal age, which must clearly depict characters who are 18 or over.

Extreme content

• BDSM and kink — consensual power exchange, bondage and kink content.
• Fetish content — fetish and specialty adult content.
• Taboo scenarios — consensual adult roleplay of taboo situations.

Celebrities and public figures

• Content featuring celebrities requires proper licensing or fair-use compliance.
• Public-figure impersonations must be clearly labelled as parody or fan content.
• Historical-figure voices are limited to public domain or educational use.

What restricted content requires of you

• Clear content warnings and accurate descriptions.
• Appropriate categorisation and tagging wherever the content is published.
• If you distribute restricted content to your own end users, their age assurance is your obligation — the platform performs no age check on people you serve. See age verification.

Prohibited content

Illegal and harmful content

• Minor-related content — any content involving, depicting or sexualising individuals under 18.
• Non-consensual content — content created without explicit consent from all parties.
• Revenge content — content shared without permission to harm or embarrass a person.
• Deepfake abuse — malicious use of AI to create deceptive or harmful content.
• Human trafficking — content that promotes or facilitates it.

Violence and extremism

• Content depicting real violence or harm.
• Terrorist or extremist propaganda.
• Content promoting hate speech or discrimination.
• Threats of violence or intimidation.
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide.

Fraud and deception

• Impersonation for fraudulent purposes.
• Fake testimonials or misleading claims.
• Scams and financial fraud schemes.
• Identity theft.
• Misleading political or election content.

Intellectual property

• Unauthorised use of copyrighted voices or content.
• Trademark infringement and brand misuse.
• Unauthorised distribution of proprietary content.
• Violation of right-of-publicity laws.
• Plagiarism and content theft.

Platform abuse

• Spam content and mass uploads.
• Malware distribution or harmful links.
• System exploitation and hacking attempts.
• Circumventing platform restrictions.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade bans.

Moderation

Enforcement is report-and-review. There is no automated content scanning wired to any route on this platform, and this policy does not pretend otherwise — the same position the acceptable use policy states.

What actually happens: reported content is reviewed by a person. Reports involving minors are treated as urgent and actioned ahead of everything else. Complex cases take longer and may involve legal advice. Where we can, we tell the reporter what action was taken.

You do not need an account to report content, and a report is handled the same way whoever sends it.

Creator guidelines

Before you create

• Clear consent — obtain explicit written consent from every voice contributor.
• Age verification of participants — verify that everyone taking part is 18 or over with government-issued ID. This is your check to run, not the platform’s.
• Content labelling — tag and categorise your content accurately.
• Quality — keep recordings clear; a poor reference clip produces a poor clone.
• Legal compliance — content must comply with the laws that apply to you.

Metadata and tagging

• Accurate descriptions and titles.
• Appropriate content warnings and disclaimers.
• Correct categorisation by genre and type.
• Age and content rating information.
• Credits and attribution for collaborators.

Voice rights

• Document voice ownership and usage rights.
• Keep consent records for every voice source — the platform does not keep them for you.
• Respect intellectual property and trademark rights.
• Provide attribution where it is required.
• Understand fair-use and parody exceptions before relying on them.

Ongoing responsibilities

• Monitor your content for policy compliance.
• Respond to reports and feedback about your content.
• Update content when policies change.
• Keep account and profile information accurate.
• Cooperate with moderation when it involves your content.

Enforcement

Consequences scale with the violation. The tiers below are how breaches are classified and what follows from each.

Where a row overlaps an absolute prohibition in the acceptable use policy, the absolute prohibition governs: immediate termination, no notice.

Appeals

• Window — 30 days from the enforcement action.
• What to include — a detailed explanation and any supporting evidence.
• Who reviews it — a person not involved in the original decision.
• Response time — 5 to 10 business days for most appeals.
• Outcome — appeal decisions are final and binding.

To report content, use the contact page or email legal@arapulse.com. Reports involving minors are actioned ahead of everything else.
